Moon Cycle Tea

This is a blend to support the "moon time" or menstrual cycle of women before and through their bleeding time. The herbs in this blend are soothing to the nervous system, strengthen and support uterine and reproductive organ health, and nourish and support women during this time. Drinking 1-3 cups per day depending on desired and need, this tea blend can support flowing through the moon cycle with greater ease.
