Sea Moss, scientifically known as Chondrus Crispus, is a type of algae, or seaweed predominantly found on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. We get our Wildcrafted, Raw, Vegan, Non GMO Sea Moss from Da Bomb Sea Moss based in Seattle, who sources from St. Lucia in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

• Prepare your sea moss by rinsing it and removing any sea debris, dirt, or particles. We recommend doing it 2-3x.

• After cleaning the Irish Sea Moss, place it in a large bowl and fill it with fresh water and squeeze one fresh lime over the top. Cover it and let it soak for at least 12 to 24 hours. 

• Add the sea moss to your blender with nutrient-rich water. 

• Mix until smooth, about 1 to 3 minutes. Pour mixer in a glass container and leave sealed in the refrigerator for 2 hours to allow it to take shape.
