Are you ready for the deep dive into herbal medicine extractions? Join us for a workshop on everything about tinctures! From what alcohol to use, fresh or dried herbs, scientific and folk methods - we will go down the rabbit hole on quality based extractions. Participants will learn how to harvest fresh plant material and make fresh tinctures as well as learn the ins and outs of alcohol based tincture extractions.

Facilitator Bio
Rachael is a community clinical herbalist, gardener, and teacher. She is the founder of Wildness Within; an herbal business that offers plant-focused apprenticeships and classes, herbal consultations and hand-made remedies. Rachael is dedicated to simple, seasonal living with land and teaching people hands-on-earth skills. She lives and stewards the Highlands Homestead in Duvall, WA. Due to the intimate size of our class groups, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. This allows us to offer your spot to someone if there is a waitlist, gives the facilitator adequate preparation awareness, and ensures a balanced experience for all participants. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full class fee.
