Join us for an in-depth exploration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). 

This class covers everything from foundational TCM concepts such as energetics, temperature and pattern differentiation to the latest research in TCMs role in
contemporary healthcare.

We’ll also dive into the connection between Western and Eastern herbs, offering practical insights on how both can be used together for holistic care.

The session concludes with a hands-on ear seeds demonstration, plus a chance to learn more and sign up for our upcoming 2-day event.

Facilitator Bios

Chelsea Peterson of Apex Apuncture is a Registered Nurse and Licensed Acupuncturist dedicated to bridging the best of Eastern and Western medicine. With a background in various nursing settings and advanced training as a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine, Chelsea combines clinical expertise with holistic care to support healing, balance and wellness. Her integrative approach, incorporates various styles of acupuncture, herbal medicine, and modern techniques such as infrared, red-light and electro - stimulation. Her treatments focus on compassionate, patient centered care tailored to each individual’s needs

 

Lindsey Walker is a Clinical Holistic Herbalist, Yasei Shinrin Yoku (wild forest therapy) Guide, and Microdose and Psychedelic Integration Coach. Through her private practice, Mockingbird Grove, as well as Managing Herbalist and Practitioner at Herban Wellness, Lindsey approaches healing with a nature-based perspective and guides individuals and groups closer to balance through connecting with nature. She helps restore vitality by considering the whole person, and any existing root causes. She adheres to the belief that creating a relationship with the natural world leads to attaining the ultimate in health and spiritual benefits. 

 

Cancellation Policy
Due to the popularity of free classes and limited physical space, in order to sign up, you must commit to being there or contact us at least 24 hours in advance in order to be able to give your space to those on our waitlist. Any participant who signs up and simply does not show up, will not be able to attend the rest of the free class series.
